1. Final Sale Policy

To maintain our exclusive production standards and hygiene, all sales at ERØR are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," size preferences, or style choices. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Wrong Items

We only offer a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective from our warehouse.

  • You received the wrong item (incorrect size or design than what was ordered).

Requirement for Claims: To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases, you must provide an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the defect.

3. How to Report an Issue

If your case meets the criteria above, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email: [Your Store Email]

  • Subject: Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]

  • Attachment: Unboxing video and clear photos of the defect.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once your request is received, we will inspect the evidence. If approved, we will either:

  1. Send a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.

  2. Issue a full refund to your original payment method if the item is out of stock.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
