We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

During high-demand "drop" periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification if your order is affected.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days across India.

3. No Returns Policy (Final Sale)
To maintain our brand's production integrity and hygiene standards, ERØR operates on a strict No Returns and No Exchange policy. * All sales are final.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Mandatory Requirement: To claim a replacement, you must provide a continuous unboxing video (no cuts/edits). The video must show the sealed package, the shipping label, and the opening process highlighting the defect.

5. Tracking & Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
