At ERØR, we provide high-grade streetwear with a focus on efficiency. Our shipping process is streamlined to ensure your gear reaches you in peak condition.

1. Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

  • During high-demand "drop" periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification if your order is affected.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the final stage of checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days across India.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. External factors like weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

3. No Returns Policy (Final Sale)

To maintain our brand's production integrity and hygiene standards, ERØR operates on a strict No Returns and No Exchange policy. * All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns for "change of mind," size mistakes, or style preferences.

  • Action: Please consult our Size Guide thoroughly before purchasing.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim a replacement, you must provide a continuous unboxing video (no cuts/edits). The video must show the sealed package, the shipping label, and the opening process highlighting the defect.

  • Deadline: Issues must be reported via email to [Your Store Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

  • International: The recipient is responsible for any import duties or local customs taxes imposed by their country.
